Macro Doctor has 3 types of pricing for providers and hospitals. One, Percentage of Claims collected, Two, Fee per claim, and Three, Flat rate per month.

1. Percentage of Claims Collected:

The monthly fee includes a percentage of the total amount collected by each provider. A physical person from Macro Doctor will be assigned to your account to monitor every aspect of the claims process and employees performance. There is a monthly minimum associated with this service.

- Unlimited echarts, Electronic Medical Records (EMR’s), audits from Medicare or other payers will be a breese.
- Audit Employees daily performance, (example; number of claims submitted, number of errors, etc.)
- MD Personal Account Monitor, (a physical person from Macro Doctor will oversee your account and make sure your cash flow is timely and consistent, from entering patient data, to following up and collecting the claim funds) Sign up today and send claims today

2. Fee per claim.

- Unlimited Claims (price per claim, based on volume)
- Patient Statements sent free if sent internally or an outside invoice service will be provided at a price per statement, based on volume (.59 to .65 per statement)
- Unlimited Electronic Remittances, automated posting of payments (EOB's)
- Unlimited echarts, Electronic Medical Records (EMR’s), i.e. audits with Medicare or other payers will be a breese.
- Audit Employees daily performance, (example; number of claims submitted, number of errors, etc.)

3. Flat rate per month:

The monthly flat rate fee is the best deal for providers. Any provider who generates costly procedures will benefit tremendously. Providers pay the same amount every month, unlimited claims and unlimited amount of funds received. A physical person from Macro Doctor will be assigned to your account for the first 60 days to monitor every aspect of the claims process and your employees performance.
